L.A. Dream Kitchens offers a five year warranty from date of purchase on cabinet doors and drawer fronts for: yellowing, delamination, warpage, twisting.
When:
Given reasonable treatment.
Ordered within our maximum and minimum sizes.
Not exposed to temperatures exceeding 150 degrees Fahrenheit (It is recommended to use a melamine filler between all heat sources and the cabinet.)
Cleaned properly (Do not use acetone or ammonia based products to clean the doors. Using these cleaning products may cause doors to discolor.)
Warranty Reminders:
A warp or twist of 3/16 of an inch or less is not considered a defect. Twists are measured by placing the face of the door against a true plain surface.
Any requested variation from our normal construction specifications are not guaranteed (e.g. thinner substrate, route design changes.)
Any damages made by the customer are not covered.
Doors and drawer fronts must be inspected upon receipt by customer.
All warranty claims must be inspected by an authorized L.A. Dream Kitchens representative prior to taking corrective steps.
The warranty covers replacement or repair of doors or drawer fronts in good condition as originally delivered FOB our factory.
Due to the natural characteristics of wood, metal, vinyl and stains, items will not match exactly.
Range Hoods
One Year Parts and Labor Warranty
L.A. Dream Kitchens provides a warranty that guarantees its products to be free defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During that time period, L.A. Dream Kitchens will, at no charge, repair or replace, at L.A. Dream Kitchens option, any defective part or unit found to be defective under normal use and services. L.A. Dream Kitchens is not responsible for labor costs incidental to the replacement of defective parts. L.A. Dream Kitchens reserves the right to make improvements or change on products without notices. Warranty does not include normal maintenance and services. Warranty is void in case of faulty installation, misuse, neglect, accident, or attempts to alter or modify the function of a part of assembly.
Dove Solid Surfaces
Ten Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty
Dove Solid Surfaces warrants to the original end-use purchaser that its product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ten years from the date of sale to the original end-use purchaser.
Exclusion from coverage:
This warranty does not cover:
Improper Fabrication or installation;
Damage caused by acts of nature of disaster such as fire, flood, wind, and lighting;
Damage caused by unauthorized attachments and modifications;
Any products move from their original place of installation;
Any other abuses or misuse by consumer.
Repair or Replacement:
If the purchaser discovers within the warranty period a defect in material or workmanship, the purchaser must promptly notify Dove Solid Surfaces in writing within a reasonable time after notification. Dove Solid Surfaces will at their discretion either repair or replace the Dove Solid Surfaces product purchased. Repair or replacement will be the expense of Dove Solid Surfaces and shall include the reasonable labor charge needed to repair or replace the defective product, but not removal, repair or replacement of fixtures, hardware or decorative treatment (such as floor, wall or ceiling treatments). If Dove Solid Surfaces is unavailable to ether repair or replace the product purchased to conform to this warranty, the purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the value of the product immediately upon the discovery of the defect. Dove Solid Surfaces shall not be in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Dove Solid Surfaces product even if the manufacturer fails in its attempt to repair or replace the product.
Warranty Exclusion
THE FORGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some State do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal right, and you may also have other right witch vary from State to State. No fabricator, installer, dealer, agent or employee of the manufacturer has authority to increase or alter the obligation or limitation of this warranty.
