For Christmas I’m planning on buying my mother a new kitchen knife set. My budget is $100. I have Kitchen Aid knives and they’re ok, but I don’t like them enough to get the same ones for her. I’ve been doing a little research, but I’m not sure which are the best quality.

I want a set of at least 10 with a block. I’m looking at Cuisinart, J.A. Henkel, Wusthof, and Ginsu. Which are the best? I’m open to other suggestions too. Please include links to any sets you find.
